Virtual Internship / FDP on in silico Biology

About the session

This 21-day virtual internship by Biosrishti (a registered educational service organization) focuses on in silico biology, offering hands-on experience with biological databases, sequence analysis, genomics, proteomics, and computational tools using datasets and build a strong foundation for research and career growth.

Modules Covered
Week 1 - Introduction to in silico biology, databases, sequence submission and retrieval

Week 2 - Nucleotide sequence analysis – local, global, multiple sequence alignment and phylogeny

Week 3 - In silico protein structure prediction, analysis and homology modelling

Week 4 - Omics data analysis
